Low impact great workout great instructors
Barre3 has the perfect combination of cardio and isometric exercises. As a physician, I would recommend this class to any type of person who wants to build strong bones and burn calories at the same time. - Dr. Raman
This location for barre is really wonderful! I make a point to use this studio only because I love the big windows and the open, spacious feeling it lends to the studio. (Don't worry! You're too busy pushing yourself to be worried if anyone is looking in from the street! I promise the pay off of the sun shining or the rain pattering through the window is way nicer than a fear anyone might see you killin' it from inside). The instructors are all incredibly kind and talented and playlists have been great. I adore this studio a lot!
