I like the science behind it. I like that there is a science behind it, as opposed to blindly jogging or lifting weights, etc. I appreciate the fact that hits all areas of the body. The trainers' enthusiasm is infectious, which contributes to an atmosphere of high morale. It's just fun as hell. In fact, all of the employees are extremely helpful. Lastly. I love the idea of unpredictability with each session. I won't get stuck. I'm excited to be embarking on this fitness journey and changing/improving the quality of my life!
