I was in New Orleans for my wedding and wanted to get a workout in while I was there. I took a megaformer class and had a great experience. The studio is very clean and cute, and everyone who works there was super friendly. The workout itself was challenging but doable (I take megaformer classes regularly). I will definitely return for a workout the next time I'm in town.

Clean and well maintained facilities. The spin class will kick your butt into shape! Been here a couple times when the weather wouldn't allow outdoor exercise.

High end workout environment. You can sweat in style. The staff is great and Romney is a fixture for uptown New Orleans. I highly recommend this studio.

Nice studio. The classes are enjoyable, but the space gets a little hectic when multiple classes get out at the same time.

Visiting from out of town and loved the Megaformer, reformer and spinning classes. They have great juices and raw food for sale too!
