Great Old Metairie gym. Lots of trainers available (I use Ed). Never to crowded and has all the equipment you'll ever need. Also has a good variety of classes
Fantastic gym with all new equipment! The trainers are amazing and Barry is the best in the business by far! The classes are wonderful and fun, after 7 classes I really begin to see results! The staff cares about you as a person and your fitness goals. This gym has it all and goes above and beyond for their members!

Absolutely love this gym! Barry and his brother have kick-butt classes. I'm a former DI athlete and their instruction reminds me of the intense training in college. You get your sweat on and I'm already seeing results! So happy I joined!
