Great studio with personable instructors. They have an ARX machine as well which provides an alternative to Pilates and yoga for people who need one on one strength training. Highly recommend!

Finally, Yoga in Metairie. I live just off Veterans and found this place. They have yoga classes all day long. I like the spot and the teachers. It is clean and well lit. Great place for yoga, especially since there isn't hardly any yoga studios over this way.

Finally, Yoga in Metairie. I live just off Veterans and found this place. They have yoga classes all day long. I like the spot and the teachers. It is clean and well lit. Great place for yoga, especially since there isn't hardly any yoga studios over this way.
