Great Yoga studio. Classes are a little more private than a chain, with more time for proper instruction. Easy for a beginner to step in and work your way to an advanced class. Highly recommend.

Joni,never have I felt more at home in a Yoga studio! You make the class fun and make everyone in class feel special. You encourage gently,yet professionally to push everyone to their max ability,and you literally bring out the Yogi in everyone. I would attend everyday if I could,and I will be back around very soon.
