If I could give no stars, I would for this Lululemon in Lakeside Mall. Today (5/16/19 @ 5:30 P.M.) was by far the worst experience among other days walking into this store. Don't get me wrong I love the clothes, I just don't like the atmosphere of this store when a "minority" walks in. I've witnessed this several times and today was the breaking point. The employee, an older woman, I believe her name was Katie thought she was of help to me, when she was most certainly not. I gave this employee the benefit of the doubt, but her actions spoke louder. I picked out several pieces to try on and made my way over to the fitting rooms where "Katie" was supposed to do her job. Instead, she offered to help three different customers who came after me (might I add, not minorities), even extending a helping hand to a customer who did not need a fitting room at that time. Then a couple of minutes passed by and "Katie" then asks 'surprisingly' if I needed a fitting room. First, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out since you totally bypassed me for three other customers who came after me. Second, treat others the way you wish to be treated. There's no need to pick and choose who to help. It just seems like the employees are forming a cult at this point. Last but not least, I'll be taking my business elsewhere as this location does not deserve it. Also, "Katie" if you ever need to return clothes from the fitting room back onto the rack, how about trying to excuse yourself first instead of scoffing for me to get out of your way, thanks.
