I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and contacted their office to schedule my consultation. I spoke with Shelby who began to explain that they do not have the machine necessary to service African Americans. After letting her know that I am African American she said you can contact Groupon for a refund.

Lisa was great! whole staff was very nice, facility is immaculate. they answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable for my first IPL session. I had a Groupon deal which I feel like can sometimes make scheduling hard but scheduling with chronos has been quick and easy. love it.

I called and scheduled a couples massage a week and a half ago and got a call this morning saying they only had one massage therapist and would only be able to massage one of us. Obviously I was very disappointed since it was a present and time sensitive (the reason I scheduled so early).

Brittany was FABULOUS!! I had a deep tissue massage with her yesterday, and I would go back again today for another. I received a hydrafacial treatment with Lisa, who was equally wonderful & very knowledgeable. All of the staff is always friendly and professional. I Highly recommmend!

I'm so happy that I signed up at Chronos. The gym is clean, it has all the equipment I need. Including Power rack, row machines, close cables. Having showers and lockers saves me a ton of time. I can gym and go out right after, making That dreadful Saturday workout easy.
The lockers, wow, so easy to use. I can keep my Adidas power, Inzer belt and dip belt at the gym. No need to tote them around all day. I can't believe the membership is so inexpensive. I can finally start my powerlift training again.

I was here for almost a month. Great place to workout, plenty of equipment and treadmills.
This GYM is 100% clean and neat.
The staff are very friendly especially Toddy the manager.
I highly recommend this GYM for everyone who likes to workout on peace not busy at all times.
Additional info, its 24 hours GYM ! Anytime you want to workout you can go.
They have fitness classes, TRX , Empower and Yoga but I did not have the time to participate on them.

I was here for almost a month. Great place to workout, plenty of equipment and treadmills.
This GYM is 100% clean and neat.

The staff are very knowledgeable and always friendly and courteous. I have had Botox multiple times and every time it has been perfect. I have also had a few other medical services including cool sculpting which worked very well. I did have some issues with laser hair removal because the number of treatments did not completely clear up the area and they gave me to more free treatments which worked great. They always make you feel great when you walk in the door. I will go back.

Best facial I have ever had! After, I received so many compliments on my skin that it was glowing! Also, I left feeling more relaxed than getting a full body massage! My esthecian was quiet and gave me the silence I needed to relax which is a big pet peeve of mine I have experienced in some other spas! I have been back several times and each experience has been exceptional! Ask for Memory! She's the Best! And, the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful!

I joined the gym last year and LOVE IT. The classes are awesome and the people are always very friendly. The best thing about the facility is that it is clean and has all new equipment. I did go to the spa couple of times and enjoyed that as well. I had a massage once that was terrific with Jessica. I intend to have a hydrofacial soon. I'll let she no that goes.

Nice and new gym. Smaller gym but clean. Lockers rooms have two small shower stalls. Have treadmills, and a nice boxing bag room upstairs. Adequate machines and extra things such as ropes, push up accessories etc
