I love this gym. Outstanding coaching and support during the workouts. Workouts are tough but honestly they are fun. Gym is always organized, clean and has parking. Like the variety of classes, crossfit, sculpt, boxing, all levels of people participating... Coaches and members are motivating and helpful throughout the workout.
I dropped in from Texas and was very impressed! Great facility, great coaching and programming! The drop in fee was fair and I got a shirt to bring home! There are quite a few choices in the area..... this one beats out the others for sure!

I dropped in for a week during Mardi Gras while visiting from Maryland. I believe the cost was $50, which I found very reasonable. Really friendly staff and members. I will make CrossFit Roux my box away from home!!!

Great box - they have everything and Brad and Emily are an incredible duo. Great for all ages and you can bring the kids!

These guys had a whole bunch of people the day I went. We signed a waiver form saying if we got hurt, they were not responsible. OK workout while indoors. Turns out they put you outside to do lots of things. They have no outside space. They put you in the street, a city street with traffic. Lots of traffic. Hoping drivers will feel sorry for you and go around. Its a 2-lane. 2 cars going, no room for us. Little cones in the street are a joke. Roux guy yells at the cars, what a joke. There is a new place nearby on Central Ave, on Firestone Rd. I'm going there!!
Joining roux is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am not the most confident or outgoing person so joining crossfit was a little freighting at first. After only a week it felt like home, all of the members and coaches are so supportive. Unlike most gyms the coaches actually take the time out to teach you the correct movements. Since joining roux I have improved mentally and physically, I love this place!
Amazing gym. The staff and members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was nervous to try CrossFit, but they made me feel at home right away and now I've been a member for over a year. The coaches are patient, but encouraging and really help you to develop and get better. I've dropped into a few different boxes when traveling, but none have compared to the community and environment you find at Roux!
I have been a member of CrossFit Roux for about a year and a half now, and cannot say enough amazing things about this gym. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The coaches are incredible and provide a lot of personal feedback and attention during training, something that I have found lacking at other boxes. The best thing about this place, by far, is the friendly, and supportive atmosphere. Everyone is there to just get a little bit better every day. Just people showing up and working hard. Would recommend Roux to anyone looking to get in better shape and be surrounded by a bunch of amazing people doing the same.
