This company is a total rip off. Please read the fine print before signing up for the 30 day pass. You have to cancel 5 days in advance before the billing date. It's too expensive and the equipment is subpar. The place is too small for the amount of equipment. There's no way to get in touch with cooperate so you're screwed out of luck. Go to one of the 9.99 gyms the equipment is better. I've been to better gyms for half the monthly fee.

I have been a satisfied customer for 3 years. Had a experience today that made me cancel my subscription. Had a billing problem with in the last 2 months. My credit card was stolen, the bank canceled and reissued my credit card with a new number. Instead of snap fitness contacting me when they realized that the card was no longer working they put me in collections. I contacted snap fitness and spoke with a incompetent employee and asked to speak with a manager. The employee refused to put me through to the manager. I finally convinced them to have the manger call me. When he called i explained my position to him. I explained that I would pay the bill and he told me it was out of his hands and he already send me to collections, called me a low life and hung up on me.
