Dropped-in today. True to the CrossFit community, I observed friendly people while we got our work done. Coach Andrew (a co-owner) was engaging with the class. I appreciate the hospitality. I would have no problem making this my box if I lived in the area.

I went there occasionally (my own reasons) when I was in BR. Jess Krebs is the most talented coach that I have ever had. Geaux Jess!!!

In town visiting family and brought my sister-in-law to the intro class. Staff was great and the facility has everything you'd want in a crossfit gym.

Working out here is fun. The workouts are hard but exciting. Even though you get a hard workout afterwards you feel accomplished. If your looking for a hard workout and looking to feel and see a difference in your body, this is the place.

During the heart of the 2018 Open, I happened to be in Baton Rouge for under 24 hours. I had exactly 1 hour free here in order to work out and get in my 18.2 workout.
I checked the website, and it said they were open on Saturday from 9 am - 12 pm for Open Gym. I busted my ass to get to the gym as early as I could, and I ended up getting there in just enough time to warm up and finish 18.2 (11:30 am), only to find a sign on the door that said "CLOSED". There was nothing on their website about being closed. I was super bummed!

I started with this gym 2 years ago and never looked back. Hands down best CrossFit gym in the Baton Rouge area. The coaches are very knowledgeable and willing to help. There's a dedicated Olympic weightlifting area and the class programming is tremendous as well. Definitely would recommend if somebody is looking to join a CrossFit gym in this area.

Coaches and people are friendly and helpful, it's a very non-threatening, inclusive atmosphere. We've meet wonderful people and made great friends at RedStick Crossfit. This facility, without a doubt, has helped our transition to a new city. This gym offers great coaches for any fitness level whether you're a beginner or advanced. This gym/box has so much to offer!

Facility is always clean and coaches are awesome. I love my box and all of the members make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend dropping in to get in a great workout.

I travel a lot for work and this gym is one of the best gyms I've dropped in to. It's my "home" away from home. Great coaching and some of the friendliest people I've come across. Really great community. It's the only gym I'll drop in to when I'm in Baton Rouge!

I love this Box, everyone is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This was where I began CrossFit and I can only say terrific things about the owners and the gym.
