I went to Snap Fitness this morning around 11 walk in the door I did not see nobody at the front desk -so I walked back towards back of the building and told the guy I want to talk to him by joining the gym he told me I'll see you in front -so I went back by his desk and sat down for 27 minutes he never came out -so I went outside about 5 minutes came back inside and i waiting another 10 minutes he never came to the front- so I left you do not run no business like that so sad--- Snap Fitness on Lee Drive

Great Gym, Great staff. However, at least twice a week the water cooler is empty, and the vending machine is out of water. It is impossible to have my best workout without water. Fix this and 5 stars.

crocked , rude staff and dont ever put a credit card because they gonna charge you money dont recommend at all

I was looking for a new gym and I wanted to try out snap but every time I went there was no one there to help me out. I ended up looking around by myself and they have a small.main section but the free weights are cool with some cross fit equipment

One of the better gyms in the BR area. Definitely love the crossfit room, which has bumper plates for deadlifts, Olympic lifts, and squats. Decent amount of machines, although a few more pieces of equipment would be nice. Horrible to get to during rush hour traffic. Overall though being a 24/7/365 gym, it's not bad for the price.

The trainer, Dandre Guerin and Brittany, were awesome and considerate in helping clients, answering questions, and showing how to work the machines. Great place. No judgements.
