Good luck cancelling!!! They also want to charge you if you want to downgrade to the basic plan, $40! BUYER BEWARE! They will continue to charge your monthly fees even if you cancel before the due date!?!?! They start processing it out SEVEN days before the due date. Never recommending this gym or franchise to anyone. And I will be telling everyone I know.

Highly recommend this Planet Fitness! They have a ton of space and I really enjoy attending the free workout classes. JB is a great trainer and I always feel like I get a really good workout in from any of his sessions.

I love this place. Staff is super nice and everything you could ever need to and all for 20 monthly. That's the best part. Thanks you saved my life.

Hours are great, 24 hrs. Couple pieces of equipment I wish they had but easily worked around. Over the year and a half I've been going, the posted dress code has gone from being strictly enforced to very lax. Specifically when it comes to women. Workout bras weren't allowed when I joined. You had to wear a shirt/tank top.

This planet say it's very very good,.large selection of simulators,in separate rooms,the shower is very comfortable,no over head to AC Supply, in the shower convenient shelves for soap shampoo.
very nice room I recommend everyone to go to this room.

The weight machines are modern and give me just the workout I need. The fans keep the gym wonderfully cool, so that I do not overheat. Planet Fitness is clean and I love the purple decor!

I love this gym and that it is open all hours and has tanning bed and hydramassage chair/ table. I wish they had a sauna tho.

Loving that this gym is 1 minute from my house and work. I also love the fact it is open 24 hours. Always clean and the staff is always ready to help with any question or equipment.

Planet fitness off Lowry is probably the nicest gym I've been to. Two stories, more equipment than you can imagine, very friendly staff there for any needs. Hydro massage beds work wonders after a long days work or workout, & tanning beds to get your beach body.

Great gym atmosphere. A lot of gym equipment and a judge free zone. Also the massage beds and chairs are a plus after your workout!!!

Very clean. Extra friendly staff. They are very helpful. They changed my opinion about Planet Fitness. The manager Mason is always working hard and seems to give good direction to the staff.

Planet fitness is great for that desired goal; fitness. In terms of machines they have a respectable selection for weight training, however the hard part is actually getting to use some of them. Half the participants simply sit at a machine undisturbed for 5-10 minutes playing on a cell phone then drift to another. For a place with a lunk alarm, can we get a flake alarm?

I love this venue. If you gotta exercise no better place to go. It has a lively atomosphere. It is well lit and spacious. The best thing is the massage tables. They have several types. Hydromassage chair and bed, another type and tanning beds.

If you decide to sign up don't believe what they tell you about being able to change your membership! I initially signed up for the Black Card plan ($20 monthly) and was told that after my 12 month contract ended I could change to the $10 if I wanted to. I've only used the Black Card benefits once in the past year so went in to change my membership. I can't! They'll cancel my current membership and start a new one. This means I'll have to pay the sign up fees and the annual membership fee again. I just paid the membership fee a month ago and it's ridiculous that I'll have to pay it again. If you want to give them more money by upgrading of course they don't charge you any extra fees.

The cleanest and nicest Planet Fitness I have had the pleasure to visit while traveling. The staff was friendly and helpful all while keeping the gym clean. Top notch PF!
Weekend staff at 5 am seem more interested in playing on their cell phones rather than assisting members. Huge difference compared to the attentive weekday staff.

The gym is good, but watch out for the tanning beds. The staff there when I went at night either didn't hear me or didn't care when I asked for 7 min. and bumped it to 12 min. on the Strong tanning bed. I noticed at the 10min mark and jumped out, but it was too late and now I'm in a lot of pain from a severe sunburn all over my body. I'm extremely fair skinned and now I look like a bright red lobster.

Clean and well run gym that's open 24/7! This location has a wide variety of (new!) machines and free weights to allow you to customize your workout for your goals.

In my opinion, the cleanest and best gym to workout at! The staff is nice and always puts their members first. Also, the Trainer Alan has amazing classes and always keeps it fun and exciting. So highly recommend getting a membership here!

Great place to workout. I enjoy coming to planet fitness. It a good environment staff are friendly an helpful. They have almost any equipment you can work on from legs to chest and arms.

Everyone here is great, the facility is always clean and a great place to workout! Their trainer has some of the best classes in Lexington and the managers are always friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend anybody coming here and signing up!

I had a very bad experience at this gym! As a black card member you would think unlimited guests be more than one! It's sad that you can't bring your wife and child to the gym at the same time! Yes my son is of age 14. So when I try to bring my family your employee's be rude to my family! Could have explained the situation better. I would not recommend this place if you want your family to come at the same time! I will be canceling my membership due this reason! You should put in fine print for others to read before signing up also!

The staff at Planet Fitness is amazing! Alan, the trainer, is an excellent motivator during classes. He pushes you to go above your expectation. It's a great atmosphere and the people are wonderful! Loved the old management staff but the new staff Rocks!
