I had my first cryotherapy treatment ever at The Cryo House in Lexington, KY It was amazing. It took my pain level from an 8 to a 4! Cut in half! It lasted about 4 hours which is really good for me. I suffer from severe Osteoarthritis and it was great to get that much relief with =out medication. I can hardly wait until my next visit next week.

The Hotworx yoga session (yoga in an infared sauna) gave me a rush of energy and also helped me recover faster so that I can continue to keep up with my 2 young kids in addition to coaching, working out and working full time. Cryotherapy is the most time efficient recovery method I have ever used and the Hotworx workout was the most time efficient exercise routine I have used.
