Best gym ever! I love the sense of community. The trainers are great and take time to help you in ways other gyms aren't equipped to. The other members can be both competitive and your biggest cheerleaders at the same time.
Never let the posted workout intimidate you, it can be adjusted to meet you where you are. If you desire guidance, motivation, and support this is the place for you!

CrossFit 859 is my immediate neighbor and I have had the pleasure of meeting many of their members and management. I am always impressed with the friendliness, safety and work ethic of everyone I meet. If you've thought about it, this is the place to walk in the door! They will make sure you feel welcome and get off on the right foot!

Member for 3 years with my wife and absolutely love the team of coaches and other athletes at Crossfit859. The workouts are great and led me to be in the best shape of my life. The community kept me coming back as we developed lifetime friendships with other members and coaches.
