Staff is great but there's zero service and terrible music
Always open, staff is great, machines are clean and new, and they have excellent equipment.
Very nice gym with knowledgeable trainer/owner. Great atmosphere and perfect for reaching all your fitness goals!
Started a trial membership today. So far I really like it. The staff are very friendly. They have quite a selection of equipment and everything seems to be in very good condition. The other members are good about cleaning up after themselves and the facility as a whole is kept clean. Looking forward to my next workout here!
Just got back into bodybuilding and I'm on a long road to my goal.This gym has top of the line equipment and just about everything you can imagine to help you achieve your goals.The price by far blows the competition of other gyms in the area out of the water.I loved every hour of the two hours I was in here.Yesterday was my first day there and definitely will not be my last.I recommend this gym to everybody in the nicholasville area.Dont go to other gyms.Another plus is there once a year maintenance fee is cheap too.No hidden fees and no contract.Excellemt place.

Just took a tour. Amazing quipment. Trainers on hand as well as a tanning salon. Can't beat the prices. Excellent !

This gym has everything you could want in a gym. The fitness equipment is fantastic, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I have invited friends to come with me as I really enjoy the environment here. Great experience! I definitely recommend you to try it.

After being told I could cancel my membership at anytime when I went to cancel they refused to refund my money because I had paid in full for the year. Owners unwilling to work with members and employees not knowing the policy and giving out wrong information. Very dissatisfied with my experience.
Love my gym. It's an awesome atmosphere. If only there could be fans in the tanning rooms too? I love the owner she is a great person.

A smaller workout facility than most. It can be claustrophobic. The only changing areas for women are the two bathroom stalls. It has one of each type of weight machine, but several treadmills and ellipticals. The tanning beds and hydrobed are clean and a nice option for premium membership. My first visit there was met with a disinterested worker who pulled himself away from his phone long enough to point to the women's bathroom/locker room.

Very nice workout area although after moving canceling is a huge problem. They continue to charge me after I cancelled,This process has repeated four time Some employees lie or just refuse to cancel! Hope you have better luck than I did. They are still trying to charge!
Great place! You can tell that the owners know how to run a business! I have been inside of all 3 of their locations and all are in great shape! Always very clean and great equipment! Staff makes you feel right at home! I just moved to Louisville, but wish I could bring this gym and all of its staff with me! I will truly miss everything about it!!!
Pros-great atmosphere good variety for my needs TV are great plus hydromassage is basically a requirement former now and bathrooms are better than any other I've been to
Now for the
Cons-for me I may quit this gym as I've been charged and promised it'd be refunded never was then charged again but since they failed to refund it declined and then got not one but now 2 late fees and then again when I finally called ABC financial they removed one fee but not all.. I allowed the card on file to pay and WHAT HAPPEND THEY OVERCHARGED AGAIN! I HAD TO CALL FOR MY 5TH TIME TO GET THEM TO REFUND THE ONE FEE BUT NOW IVE OVERPAID AND HAD TO CALL MANY times ...
This gym has lost my trust and possibly my business, ice also had rude workers throughout my experience.. Not all but not the most pleasant unless I'm there wanting a tour as a perspective client instead of a already paying member.
Also I can never use the tanning as the staffed hrs seem to of decreased and are not the most convenient.
Great,clean environment... newest complaint : Tanning is sometimes impossible. Get there early 8-9 am ,but told you still can't tan til 10am by staff just sitting there. Then if you come in at night you can't tan at all. May reconsider Planet Fitness,because I'm paying the extra fee that's rarely available with my schedule. :(
I love everything about this gym except the staffing hrs. I work on Lexington and by the time I get back on town they are closed. I been a member since February and have only been able to use the bed 1 time and the chair none. Wish they were staffed more hrs.
Nice, clean gym. It's a pretty tight fight between machines and equipment. There's not much spare room for lunges or dynamic stretching either . Treadmills can fill up quickly but free weights and back area are usually open. Excellent value for what you pay monthly.
