I've been trying to cancel my membership as I have moved. Can never get anyone on the phone and have sent a few messages through using the option on the website and still no response..What needs to be done here in order to cancel my membership???

Great place to lift weights.... Price is great per month... Very simple, clean place...I personally skip the men's locker room only cause of the size and always seems to be filled....nbd cause I live close... Rather shower at home anyway...I would recommend this gym...

Its a basic no frills gym. Mo meatballs, no Zumba queens just equipment and people wanting to exercise. Nice staff, great rates equipment is in pretty okay shape . I like it and have been a member for a couple years now.

5 star quality people that work here. Gym isn't the most modern, but the equipment gets the job done, theres always a good vibe, and space to get a good workout in with no egos ! Would recommend to everyone !

Wish they were open later sometimes, and they are a little light on some equipment like kettlebells, but the staff are friendly, as are the majority of the members. Good value for the money

This place has everything you need. The equipment is a bit tired but all is really functional. For the price you cant beat it . And the manager Brook is a boss. He makes everyone feel so welcome.

I love this gym! All the equipment is clean and actually works all the time. The changerooms are clean and well-appointed. The staff are nice and the members are not stuck up. I've trained in gyms all over the world, this one has everything I need.

I question any rating other than 5 star. The staff is friendly and helpful. Someone is always cleaning floors or equipment when I am there. Jan, the owner is there daily. Brook the manager makes a point of knowing everyone. Plenty of equipment, hardly ever wait for a machine/equipment. Throw in way reasonable monthly dues and I cant see anyway this place isnt 5 star.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is like the Tardis. They're still working on improvements after the switch from Bene-Fit to Blue Bicycle, so I expect more good things on the way. The staff is friendly and the manager, Brook, was especially helpful.

This is for Blue Bicycle Fitness (formerly Bene-fit Fitness)

The gym is what you expect for 10$ a month, but it is sort of moving in the right direction once they get the right staffing. So far the plans on paper sound really good with the new space, but the equipment hasn't been upgraded yet.

As of now It is not really meant for serious lifters unless you forgo the safety of the right equipment. The evening workers are more worried about getting home early than staying open around people's schedules what ever they may be. I have already brought it up with management, the issue was resolved for a few weeks, but now it has fallen back into the pattern.

I would seriously consider Anytime fitness or Genesis fitness if you need more flexibility on time or expect to feel rushed out the door 15 to 30 minutes before they close if you are a late exerciser. They even bothered to make the clocks a few minutes faster (phones are synced with the time servers? and it seems really petty). I am being nitpicky, but two minutes is two minutes of exercise.

The biggest thing that it needs is a squat rack/platform for heavy lifting, but everything else is adequate to get a good variety of exercises in. Newer/replaced equipment could help to utilize the space better.

I'm still a member but strongly considering moving on else where.

I have been a member at Benefit for years and not only has it been an affordable gym option but I've made some good friends up there in the process. The equipment is a little dated but it can easily get the job done, it's convenient and at $10 a month let's all be honest it's an absolute bargain. You don't have to wait long for equipment to free up like you may at some of the more cookie cutter gyms.

Gary is a great manager and the other employees up there are always polite and willing to help you if you need something. Gary always makes sure to say hello to you at some point during your visit and makes time to converse with the members. I know tons of people that are current or past members that have nothing but great things to say about him. He and his employees do a good job of keeping everything clean and as up to date as they can with limited resources provided by ownership. Hopefully with Lane 4 buying out the shopping center this will improve and ownership will invest money into updating the equipment but in all fairness I will say again that for $10 it's kind of hard to complain. Yes, there is an annual fee attached that everyone is clearly made aware of at sign up and around the time of the fee needing to be paid. If you are surprised by it like one earlier reviewer mentioned about a year ago that's on you for not paying attention.

I do feel obligated to respond to the review that "Julius" posted (don't hide behind some fake name if you're so upset that you're willing to call someone out by their name to try and hurt their reputation), as I couldn't disagree more. Gary has been nothing but accomodating to the members up there. I was a member long before he took over as manager there maybe two years ago and the difference between how things are up there since he has been there and before has been for the better in every aspect. Your complaint about the squats being banned is inherently flawed, you even said so yourself, "squatting using the smith machine". If people reading these reviews are wondering what this means here is the quick story. The gym doesn't have a squat rack which is hardly Gary's fault, he manages the place, he doesn't own it. He allowed members to take the plates off the front of the smith machine and use the pegs as a makeshift squat rack. They allowed this as a courtesy assuming anyone that shifted it forward when you racked the bar would at least be willing to move it back so other members could still use the smith machine AS A SMITH MACHINE. Signs were posted asking politely that if it was shifted to move it back. Multiple times. These signs were ignored. A select group of people ignored these requests so this FAVOR of using the smith machine as a squat rack was taken away. Simple enough.
