I just saw a review from someone that commented that the "employees were rude". I almost laughed myself off my chair. Whoever wrote that hasn't spent any real time at the club at all. We have been members for about 6 years. And, each year, I find myself compelled to write yet another letter to the club manager asking him how they always seem to find such incredible people to represent them as daily employees. From the folks who come check on you at your pool chair to see if you have everything you need to Becky (in management), they are all INCREDIBLE! So, my apologies to whoever thought they had had a bad experience with the employees. At the risk of offending them, I am going to have to 100% contradict their assertion as being completely invalid, and more than likely, from someone who has little to no exposure to the club (and its employees) at all.
