I am disabled from a spinal cord injury. Derrick does an excellent job analyzing my limitations and developing a fitness program to meet my unique needs. He is always upbeat and positive in his approach.

I like the supportive atmosphere during workouts. The trainer provides immediate feedback about proper technique and lets me know it's okay to use lighter weights so I don't hurt myself.

I love that everyone is so nice and work together to head me towards my fitness goals! It was nice to start working out again but I dreaded the sore muscles but they started slow with me and it worked out fine with my much unused muscles! I highly recommend Fitness Together!
