OT is always a great work out. If you're tired or sore you can always scale back throughout the work out and still walk out burning at least 400 calories. Some work outs are better than others depending on your strengths and weaknesses but overall, it always feels great to go and finish a work out!

I love the variety and intensity of OTF. The coaches and staff are awesome too!!

Great studio! Nice and big - everyone was very nice and great instructor and music playlist. Lockers are there but no towels (if you're traveling for work like me, just steal a towel from the hotel.) Will be back once back for work!

You can count on to push you, challenge you and to be fun. It can get intense but you still work at your own pace and ability. You will get stronger and faster! I never regret getting my orange theory in.

The trainers at the Leawood location are great! Adam is especially awesome and always makes sure you get the most out of the workout and pays individual attention to your progress over time! Highly recommend!

I LOVE that everyday is something new! The coaches and members create a positive and motivational community! It's the perfect workout for anyone of any fitness level because all exercises can be graded. The app makes it easy to book classes and provides reminders as well!

The best workout ever.. I can see myself getting strong and having muscles and dropped lbs in only two weeks. That is only with going towic a week.. I am updrading to 4 or more a week to get the best of it.. LOVE it.

I have never had a workout provide the results that I have gotten through OTF. I love the coaches at the Leawood location. They inspire me to push myself. Every day is a new challenge and I am in the best shape I have been for a long time. Would definitely recommend OTF!

No workout is the same as the next, the trainers are attentive to making sure you're pushing yourself while using good form, and it's a very positive atmosphere. Everyone wants the best for everyone!

Best workout I've ever experienced! I can get a total body workout including cardio in one hour. Love the push and feedback from the coaches and the atmosphere of a group workout.

I enjoy the vigorous, ever changing workouts! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the movements and exercises. Anyone can do these workouts as they are always willing to modify if you cannot do a movement!

I went in with a member just to see if I liked it. I loved it! The trainer was great, workout was amazing and I felt great the rest of the day. The next 3 days I was sore, but the good sore. I will be back and I cannot wait until our OTF opens in LS.

I love that I've seen results. I started OTF to get in better shape for my wedding. I never imagined I would drop 10 lbs in two months. I was originally going to stop OTF after my wedding. That was last month and I'm still coming 4 days a week because I love how it makes me feel! The trainers are wonderful and always motivating us to push harder. I like that the workouts are always changing so that I'm never bored. Thank you!!

I love everything about it. I am out of condition, but have been going several times a week. I like using the heart rate as a measure of your work because I know I'm working hard, even if I have to bring it back to a walk for parts of the work out. Because the work out changes each time, I am able to complete it despite my sore muscles. The trainers are so positive and motivating that I look forward to going. I know this is going to work for me to get back in shape.

It was a challenge for sure, but I left feeling so good. I like how stats are available during the workout and a summary is emailed to you at the end. This will help track progress, which will inevitably happen keeping up with HIIT training like that. Our coach was very helpful and attentive, and the front desk staff very friendly.

I liked the coaching and the ability to see your heart rate/progress. Great calorie burn & efficient workout. I really like getting everything done in one hour! :)
