World class training in a beautiful and clean facility. As other reviews have said, the owners are amazing people, and it's a privilege getting to be a part of community here.

You need to see this facility. It's amazing. Not only is the business top notch, but the people running it have a genuine interest in helping others in their community. I highly recommend E3 to anyone looking for great training from even better people.

Gorgeous facility! Great class options for kids and adults! And they give back to Bullied kids in the community. You truly can not find a better facility. The owners are genuinely amazing people!

Great people! Fun classes for all ages and yoga in the morning! They've got punching bags for boxing as well as mats for jiu-jitsu. The place is beautiful as well, a great facility for overall. Bring your family, friends, or both!
