I have been trying to cancel my membership for months. I have an injury and am working with a physical therapist. Because of this, my exercise has to be monitored. I have literally worked out at Blush twice, yet have been paying them for a long time. There is some shakiness going on in the office that people dont see when they come in for a workout. I had high Hope's for this gym when I was healthy. Now that I am injured and my life has changes they are ignoring me and willingly taking my money every month and that's not ethical. What happened to women helping women? Isnt this what Blush fitness is supposed to be about? I feel like I am being kicked when I am down AND my money is being taken.

I'm loving this gym so far! I've only been a member for a couple of months, but the classes, trainers, and gym itself are all very welcoming. The fact that the gym is all women is nice too.

Actually, I have being going to this gym for more than 6 months, I would like to tell all girls that it is a very amazing place to workout. I enjoy going to the gym and I love classes such as Zumba , yoga and boot camp and etc. And I feel so free and relax while working out.

I LOVE this gym so much! It is open 24 hours, so as long as i have my key fob, I can go anytime I want. There are no men, which is a HUGE bonus especially when trying to learn how to use new equipment without feeling embarrassed. Kelly is amazing and friendly and sweet, Kelsie is always willing to help if she overhears you needing something, and for its size it always has plenty of equipment and free weights. For as long as I live here, this will be my gym.

Love this gym! We met with Kelly when we signed up and she was so nice and very helpful. The free 90-minute consultation was definitely a bonus. Our favorite thing is the yoga class, but this gym has everything we need and we're happy to be members!

Stay away! The group classes are very inconsistent and they change the schedules all the time. They make you iron clad contract for at least a year and they don't remind you when it's going to be over. Instead, they randomly charge your card full price without your knowledge or permission. The owner has even threatened to take me to small claims court over said amount owed after the contract was up because I had to give 30 day a notice. How about 30 days notice to the customer before the membership is over? I frankly don't trust them to have my card number so they can charge me whenever they want for whatever amount they want.

Positive- The facility was beautiful, everything was very clean and organized, and the staff was friendly.
Negative- While I work in the Corporate world as well and I understand needing to set "rules" for things such as cancellation procedures, I also think they need to be realistic. I don't think demanding clients to pay upfront for the remaining balance of their membership in order to cancel is okay. I have had a friend that moved and another friend who had to stop due to medical issues, and they both were forced to pay, which I don't think is right.
Also, they lack proper communication skills. When I went to cancel my membership, I emailed and called 6 different times, and never was responded to like I had been told I would be. As for the trainers, I too was canceled and rescheduled on several times, and then I never ended up hearing back from ANY trainer.
While this place LOOKS great, the way it is ran is awful and I would not recommend this place.

I enjoyed the classes when they actually happened, but class schedules changed a lot. My personal trainer was nice, but her schedule changed a lot and I was switched to another trainer who had already informed the owner that she was moving to Texas! I would have to switch again at no fault of my last trainer. I tried to cancel and explained the situation, but the cancellation process is ridiculous! I ended up having to pay for all my personal training, even ones that were not used in order to cancel it, I would also have to pay for my membership through the year at once in order to cancel it. I told them I couldn't afford that and would just have to pay each month until the end of my year membership. The end of my year came and they drafted it again and when questioned about it they told me it rolled over month to month until given 30 day notice... Well I had given them 6 month notice at least and they didn't notate it, so I had to pay another month for them to cancel! They talk about this place being a place for women, but I get emails all the time about hours that men will be in the building... It seemed like a good concept when I signed up, but it's not as good as it seems.
