My only form of exercise after quitting gymnastics was "running" on the elliptical for 45 minutes to an hour, 3 times a week. I would be very diligent for about 2 weeks, then it would be a month before I would start back. Trying CrossFit was one of the best decisions I've ever made and after trying multiple gyms in the KC area, I landed at CrossFit Diem and have been here since. That was about 4 years ago! Coach Luke is an amazing coach and is committed to your success, he really cares about his members and everyone treats you like family! Definitely the best gym in KC!
