I attended the New Year's day workshop and I can't say enough good things about it! The workshop centered me, I left feeling grounded, fulfilled and with immense joy and gratitude. I am so thankful I was led to that workshop that day. Thank you!

Every instructor is amazing. I've just started yoga this year so the thought of joining a class when everyone else knew what they were doing was intimidating for me. Each instructor has been so helpful, taking time to guide me in my poses and give me tips. They do a great job of encouraging you to listen to your body and honor what it needs, explaining variations for poses that may be too advanced or may not work for your body. I've loved it!

Clean and friendly. This studio is down to earth, not corporatized like some Overland Park yoga studios. It's locally owned. Beautiful studio atmosphere, an abundance of props and today there were even aroma therapeutic cloths for us to use during our practice. Teachers are great and I hear the kids yoga is the best in town.
