Truley a wonderful place, full of wonderful people to boot. There's an expert for every level of fitness and every facet of training you could imagine, and even more that you couldn't! I would encourage anyone who's looking to have fun in a group or private training session, to give them a try. Parties are a blast as well!

From the second I walked in the doors I was in love with this place. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. I have met people from all walks of life and many of them have become lifelong friends!!!!

I attended my first class at this gym in 2013 and immediately felt welcome. It is truly like a family and the best place to grow your skills in aerial arts including pole, silks, hammock, lyra and other apparatuses. They also have consistently held workshops with top performers in the biz that help their students and area performers enhance their skills.
I have also watched this gym grow through the years. They have added a new location in Des Moines that makes the gym more accessible to men and children. And Amber, the owner, truly has a drive to make her gym a constantly changing diverse space that never feels stagnant.
So thankful for this space! Also, the parties are the best!! Kids birthdays, bachelorettes or adult birthdays. Come party!
