Very poor management unfortunately. I spoke to there club manager, Aaron, and he took days to return my call. Sadly, I asked if I could speak with someone else to resolve my issue and he told me to go to there website and look the number up myself if I wanted to speak with someone else. I finally got a number for the corporate office and my phone call has yet to be returned after 2 voicemails and 5 days later. My husband was getting ready to sign up for a membership as I needed to cancel mine. They just lost his business and I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know.
