Yes, they make you send in their cancelation form certified mail. Even though you are standing right there, trying to cancel. When asked the reason, I was told in the past they would receive a cancelation letter and it would not get done in a timely fashion therefore causing an issue with the customer when they charge another month because it can past the 30 days. So we need to pay extra to send certified mail, to show a proof of date received because of their poor management that cannot have their employees do their job... also when asked if there's a cancelation fee, I got an, "umm, I don't think so..."
