I love this gym. As a regular, I've gotten to know most of the staff, and they're all pretty friendly. The place gets busy after work, but people are still pretty nice and willing to share equipment, and I usually go later anyway, so it's fine. They have a lot of treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. There are a few stair machines as well and some other full body cardio machines that are kind of like ellipticals, but I don't know what they're called. As a runner, I use the treadmills mostly, and they're nice. They're newer and have a lot of cushion left in them, so they don't hurt to run long distances on.
They don't have a ton of free weights, and there isn't an area with bench presses. They do have a couple machines that you can do bench presses on where the bar is locked in a vertical motion, but for some that may be less appealing. There are machines for chest, biceps, triceps, abs, row, leg, etc. One cool thing are the side rooms they have for circuit training. There's an abs room with machines and stretches for you to do a 12 minute circuit, and there's a full body room for a 30 minute circuit. They also have an abs and stretching area with leg machines for hip abductors, glutes, abs, etc. They also have mats you can use, a place to do box jumps, and a variety of resistance band workouts.
They have a base membership for $10 monthly plus $39 annually, and then there's also an upgraded membership for $22 monthly, which I think has the same annual fee. The more expensive one lets you bring guests, access the massage chairs, tanning beds, discounts on sports drinks, etc.
Their hours are 24/5, which means they open Monday at 5:00 AM and don't close until Friday at 9:00 PM. Then on Saturday and Sunday, they're open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Definitely a great value for the price especially considering how new their equipment is and how they're not busy during peak times.
