A client of mine was taking classes at Pure Movement and recommended I meet with Tresa. After a few private sessions, I was ready to join group reformer classes. It's been a couple of years now and I believe that pilates absolutely saved me! I very rarely experience back pain and feel so much stronger, more flexible and balanced overall.
It centers me and I actually crave the classes when my schedule doesn't allow me to visit as often as I want. The other women who attend are great and the studio itself is modern and inviting. I love Pure Movement for these reasons, and more!
