Have a member ship here very helpful people work here very clean they have every work out machine in there
Best gym in Rockford, old school style equipment. Staff are always friendly and make you feel welcomed. Mike is very helpful to people who have questions. If you like a "lifters" gym this is it! If you want a fitness gym go to the club.
I love Peak fitness and have been a member for about 14 years. The classes especially body pump are the best! The staff are super friendly and helpful!
Great selection of cardio and weight machines as well as free weights. Cleanliness in men's locker room is really slipping, that's why only 4 stars.
This is the place to go if you're looking for a relaxed environment and good machines. All of the staff members are friendly and willing to help, and they keep the machines clean consistently. While much smaller than the Peak on Perryville, it's more comfortable and perfect for those who strictly want to get their workout in without being bothered by other people.
Excellent place to Exercise and lift weights, clean lockerrooms and comfortable relaxed environment
My Favorite Workout Place. Big, Clean and Friendly Atmosphere.
6/26/18 TO THE OWNER- Theres a huge issue with a class of average 4 people taking up the entire basketball court monday through friday around 4PM for a few HOURS when people actually want to use the basketball court to play basketball. So it would be great if the owner could make some changes since no worker is willing to help or even give free passes to the sports club one so people can actually use the equipment in the gym they pay for. I was trying to contact someone through email about this issue but i did not see an email address listed on the peak website. So i would love a reply on here, if anyone has the time of day. Thankyou.
Good stuff but people there are very rude and impolite people there were also violent!

Great place to work out. Lot of equipment and clean. Not as busy as thr bigger one at Perryville. Like the smaller atmosphere of the gym and able to get in and out without waiting on machines.

Great no so cheap but still decent price for a more comfortable clean place.
Could use some upgerades but overall clean and has alot to offer.
A great place to have fun while you work out. I simply love the Les Mills classes and the instructors challenge you to get the best out of your workout.

I love this gym it's so amazing. Has everything you need and the people seem great.
I've been a member for more than a decade. This place was very nice when I first joined, but it's going downhill quickly. The men's locker room is not very clean, and there are only 3 showers (4 if you count a handicap shower with a bench), and they actually have black mold growing in places. Some of the lockers are broken and missing doors. Overall it's ok, but really slipping.
Great gym. Been a member for years. Wish the sauna was bigger tho.
Never feel judged while working out. Plenty of machines for people of every fitness level , skill, and age. Plus showers a sauna and towel service
Not incredibly busy like the sports club. Can actually use the machines.
Great place to work out, close to home.
Join in the Fall to have your joiner fees waived. Treadmills have TVs with cable and headphone inputs. No pool at this location but does have sauna. Busier at start of week, especially 5 PM to 7 PM. Much slower on the weekend. **Updated Review** I've removed 1 star to bring it down to 3. The dues are expensive, but are supposed to go to things like fast Wi-Fi. Their current Wi-Fi is so slow, it's like they are on dial-up. I work out during non-peak times as well, and it's the Wi-Fi not the number of people slowing it down. Either way management should get it fixed. By slow I mean not able to even load websites, much less than stream music. This gym is successful enough that the owners should be able to provide a service, especially one that they advertise.
