I was wondering under what category wud b proper place to post that u are not in fact even OPEN?.....wud it be ""member services" or contradictions?...maybe just common COURTESY? You and staff are very much aware some people drive into town....just to go to your lovely facility.........but sales wud be a good category for this reasonable alternative.....as u have on ur website the famous words. ""Open""....and again, I see u are NOT.....IF I WAS WANTING BUSINESS....THAT WUD BE A CONSIDERATION JUST B4 I TURN OFF THE LITES.....IN SPITE OF COVID 19....WE CAN ONLY HOPE TO SEE U SOON
.....THIS IS a reasonable consideration.....to just list the word ""Closed"......no matter the reason....this is like the 5th time I have done this.....only because of the word OPEN....is on ur website...its funny, really, that this occurs.......
Awesome experience at this facility with my whole family. Staff is uper friendly and always helpful.
I love the Y! A great place that offers a lot of programs and options. There's absolutely no judgement from others!

really grosses me out! Seems like the cleaning people wear blindfolds! Love the view of the river from the cardio room! Most of the staff is friendly but some seem oblivious to your presence!
Perfect... please make indoor soccer and 24 hours... 24 hr. Doesn't need the pool to be open.
Friendly and supportive staff. Availability suits those with 8-5 jobs well. Machines and equipment are well maintained or new. Locker room is falling apart, but does not cause issues. Weight room is busy at peak times, but you can work in. Pool is wide open during open swim. Affordable for college students and younger individuals.

This is a great Y with a lot of pluses. Very well-equipped weight room, very nice running/walking track. An inside track is very unusual for a workout gym.A very nice basketball court as well. There is a pool and lots of activities for kids of younger ages, under 12 I would say. The staff is super nice. It is clean for the most part. It is a big place to keep 100% clean but probably 85% clean. Nothing really bad. On the negative side there are the young teens who do run around and misbehave at times. They could have more Y monitors especially on weekends. As an adult, I would not go there after 6pm on Saturdays. They could have longer hours. More cleanup people could be good for cleaning. The men's locker room needs bigger lockers. Thus I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to negatives.

The staff is completely insensitive to anyone who has to do physical therapy. They lie about times you can work out, and change their schedules on a whim to suit only parents with children under the age of 12. Unprofessional.

Very rude people in pool always. Make you feel like youre worthless and you dont belong. Then when you get sick of it and cancel your membership the staff shows no compassion that you are not coming back. Pretty sad when youre just trying to better yourself..

Nice gym, friendly receptionists behind the desk. A lot of machines. But not very new. It's cleaned there. The changing room was not easy to find and is far from the gym.

Nice facility.spacious and nice selection of exercise machines.i like the hours as well, makes it convenient.i definitely recommend this ymca for other patrons
