Overall, I would have to say my experience at Max P was great. Not only do the instructors push
you, but everyone else working out pushes each other to work hard.
Everyone was so helpful. It is a laid back atmosphere and welcoming.
The different workouts are great. It is not repetitious doing the same work out over and over.
Every day was something different getting that total body work out.
I was looking to lean down, drop a few pounds & shed some body fat %.
That's exactly what happen. The first 2 weeks I dropped down from 18% body fat to 15% body fat.
By the 4th week I was down to 12.5% body fat and down 10 lbs.
At my final weigh in, I dropped down to 11.5% body fat & gained 5lbs of muscle.
I signed up for the 6 week challenge. I went into to meet with Jil for my consultation.
We talked for maybe a half hour & she explained everything to me in great detail.
She gave me a list of multiple foods I could eat & the portions I should be eating and at what times of day.
The diet is great as you have choices on what you can eat.
The challenge requires you to be there 3 times a week. Show up, work hard, follow what the trainers
suggest. Its a guarantee that you will accomplish your goal.
