I am new to spin and group strength instruction. I am loving Spenga - the workout is well balanced, challenging, and fun! In just the two months I've been taking classes, my strength and cardio have both improved.
The schedule (which includes 5 am classes) is also workable for working parents, which is often not the case with fitness studios. Katie teaches those 5 am classes and she is great - motivating and energetic, with a sense of humor and always a great playlist.
