I first met Maria at a different gym and she made an impression on me then. When I saw that she opened her own gym, I couldn't wait to join! I have been going to Forsa for a little over a year now and it's the greatest place for the best workout! Maria plans these awesome workouts that keep your body moving in your everyday life. But, more importantly, she's created this community in her gym where we all come together for a common purpose, get our sweat on, and never feel like we don't belong. Our members come from all walks of life and with all different abilities. This gym is the most non-judgmental space I've ever walked into. You won't regret coming to Forsa! It is worth every penny!
I just had my first training session at Forsa after visiting the place a few months earlier. Even though a significant time had passed between my visit and my first session, Maria still remembered me and welcomed me warmly. The entire atmosphere here is about community, healthy living, and finding fun in working out. Though I was new, everyone in the class was incredibly friendly. One of the other participants even gave me a fist bump at the end!
In terms of the quality of the workout here, I wish I could give it more than five stars. This particular workout consisted of stations, and my whole body got toned. But as I understand it, the classes change frequently so you're never bored or plateau. The best part is that the classes are just plain fun, which makes me excited to come back and keep up a healthy regimen. Maria guided the class expertly and helps make sure you're completing the tasks appropriately to avoid injury and tone the right muscles.
I've been to a few gyms in my life, but at Forsa I feel like I've finally found a fitness center I can call home. I can't wait for my next class!
This place is amazing , the coaches , the atmosphere, the people are amazing . The workouts always changing up , never gets boring . I love it .
