Fantastic place for a newbie like myself. USY has been recommended to me by A LOT of people. Rachel Swirsky is by far the best!! Her class is on Wednesdays at 5:30. It is 100% worth it- especially if you have back or neck pain, as so many people do, or sciatica or an inverted hip or any painful condition, you'll want to try this place out.... more

I've no idea how this place gets high ratings. I used to have a membership there a few years ago and stopped going because the best instructors were leaving and being replaced with amateurs.... more
