I love Jenny and her Kundalini class!!! It's always what I need right when I need it. The instruments used by Jenny and all of her knowledgeable and relatable positive quotes during the class really make the class so fulfilling. I highly recommend!

The teacher Sabah was amazing. Her focus on the essence of Yoga made her stand out. The touch of spirituality made us love her class. While I was attending her class, I felt I am not going to go to any other yoga center other than her in the future. I loved it that much. She understands what yoga actually is, she communicates it in a very soothing way. I felt connected to the universe with her guided meditation.
Making yoga part of my wellness plan 4 years ago was one of my best health decisions. Claudine Beeson is our instructor, along with her knowledge and expertise, creates the perfect environment to combine mind and body fitness, that has resulted in better health for me.
I am in love with this studio! I have been practicing yoga for about 15 years and have my 200 hour teacher certification. I moved to the area two years ago and had not been taking classes because of my work schedule and wanting a true authentic yoga studio...well, I have finally found it. The teachers have amazing training from various schools such as Kundalini, Svananda, etc...The studio is warm and welcoming, no judgment or feeling awkward because you are new. The teachers are knowledgeable, playful, and fun. If you are looking for a real yoga studio and not just some fitness fad, this is it. They teach the philosophy, not just the poses.
I took an intro to ariel yoga class there today, it was SO fun! Highly recommend it - loved the space!
