I wish that there is an option for zero stars. This rating is for Lifetime Spa Manager. Horrible Service and disrespect. She should not be a manager and roll model to her employees.
Needs training how to treat and respect customers who choose to come and purchase hair product that is easy to find on amazon for way less money.
Shame on you!
A little advise: Calm down and take some yoga and meditation classes. Lifetime got the best yoga instructors!
You are stressing everyone around you.
Love Love Love this fitness center. I travel 30 minutes to come here due to the fact that there is no other fitness centers around me that compares to LIfeTime. I also love how they keep the kiddos occupied. My daughter is 2 and she loved coming here. The staff are amazing too!
It seems this location only cares about adding new members. The showers are old and weak and yet they thought it would be worth to update the actual closets in the locker room which were fine for what we need them to do (keep my stuff dry and safe). So they threw out the "old" ones and replaced them with 100 fewer lockers. Showers are still old and weak and now we have to wait to find an available closet. But hey, they look nice so you can take pics and show them on your website to attract new members.
Very clean.. Great equipment and not packed
Extremely dirty place, men's showers, locker room area smells like mold and urine. Towels (that members are using) used to stop/clean the leakage issues in the shower area for the last 3 weeks!!!???
**Update . Today you guys earned a second star. Showers were cleaned and fixed. Hope to give you 5 stars some day. Captain, walk your "Ship" everyday, corporate visit ready everyday -it will be a win-win situation for you and your customers.
Nice facility and has a little something for everyone. Priced at the higher range for gym memberships, but if you like a gym with a little extra, this place is for you. Also, Collin in sales was great! He walked me through everything they had to offer, as well as different options for me, without being too pushy. He was great to work with! Definitely will be back this week to sign up. Thanks Collin!
Extremely dirty place. Number 1 focus for them are sales, customers and cleanliness - the last. Save your money AVOID!
Decent place to work out. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the gym. The issue is I don't go there as much as I would like to especially with the work volume going up in the summer but now that the fall is approaching I am trying to force myself to go back like I used to. Cost wise it is more than most places I know around the Chicagoland area but it s well worth the money if you actually use it.
Well maintained, well staffed, well priced and the weight room and rock climbing are AMAZING. they also offer day care for you parents looking to workout. I basically grew up here, such a fun place for parties and exercise!

For the most part this is a great gym. This location has a lot of variety in regards to their offerings. Cardio, weight lifting, courts, classes, pools, and even cafe for before or after workouts.
My main areas of being dissatisfied would be price and cleanliness of the facility. The pool areas and showers have been areas of concern for me in regards to cleaning. There is grime in many areas that need some more consistent deep cleaning. Also price is fairly expensive, and it would be acceptable if there were more staff available for cleaning and welcoming us as guests/customers.

LIFETIME IN WARRENVILLE: DO NOT CHANGE A THING TO ANYTHING THAT YOU DO. My wife and I are charter members. We bought our memberships back when the field the building is now on was nothing but a closed driving range and a mobile home where sales reps would meet with prospective customers and explain the Lifetime Fitness concept. Since then (2000?), we have had 2 sons, had a few job changes, have had many, many neighbors move in and out, but Lifetime has been a constant and very pleasant fixture in our lives. We've worked out there, had many-a-meal there, I've had my hair cut there (that is, until I had no more hair to cut :-) ), had both boys happily play for thousands of hours in the child care center there (until they outgrew it), swam together in the indoor and outdoor pool there, had a couple of fitness assessments there, and loved just about every single moment there. Oh, and here's one more unique touch that Lifetime-Warrenville has that other Lifetime Fitness facilities do not have (and I've worked out at many Lifetime facilities over the years): the folks who check your id cards at the entrance always say hello to you when you arrive, and goodbye to you as you leave! I've been a Bally club member in the distant past, and anyone who says that Bally provides a similar experience to Lifetime has absolutely no clue what the difference is between a service-driven business and a sales-driven business. Is Lifetime Fitness more expensive? Yup. Is Lifetime worth the extra money? Absolutely. I look forward to the reaching the time in my life where I am no longer able to grind out a heavy-weights workout, because Lifetime has all kinds of fitness classes for folks of all ages, including folks who are retirement-aged. My wife and I have seen it all, and done it all, at Lifetime, and almost 20 years into our membership we have not had a single conversation about changing or cancelling our membership. Not once. Thanks, Lifetime Fitness, for being a superior, comprehensive, family-friendly health club for all these years - and don't change a thing!
Take your excuses and beat them out of their existence !!! Do the work !!! Be never satisfied, always hungry for success !!!

The basketball hoop has been broken for weeks. The supply and quality of the basketballs is poor.
The gym has everything you need, but they are busy all the time. When i signed up the guy told me that they were only busy around 4-7. But no matter what time i come they are jam packed
I came here about a year ago for a tour of the Warrenville, IL facility. My biggest concern was the Lifetime Child center. When touring the child care area, I was surprised to know know that in the toddler section, shoes are allowed (even employees). One of the employees, was in the gated toddler section looking super bored and started to "clean up" and instead of actually picking the toys up his hands, he scooted the toys with his dirty air jordans sneakers against the gate. The other two employees where busy gossiping in the front section where kids are checked in (even though there were no kids to check in).
This particular kids center, is split up in four section. When you walk in (it's a long kids center), 1. On the left there are sectioned off computer area for kids to play on. 2. To the immediate front right corner there is a very small section for 1 year olds and under that gated off with only bouncers in there and one small chair. 3. Also, on the right when you walk in, after the section for the 1 yr. olds & under, there is a gated toddler section, and aside from the lazy employee scooting toys over w/his shoes, I found a pink round plastic button on the floor. WHICH IS A MAJOR CHOCKING HAZARD for toddlers. 4. The fourth section is in the way back for older toddler/older kids. In this area there where about 3 kids and NO ONE supervising them and not necessarily in eye sight from the front of the check-in counter where the rest of the employees where. Which means if you have a young kid/toddler in the back and you have an older kid picking on you kid you wouldn't know about it.
There are also NO VIDEO CAMERAS into the kids center. I go to XSportFitness and at least in there kid care area you an watch your kids on live video from any cardio equipment machine which are all equipped with TVs.
After I found pink button choking hazard on the floor I asked the sales guy/"tour guide" to take it up to the director of the kid care center. The female director said they clean up all the time and vacuum. She was also too busy in her office making seasonal goody bags for kids instead of supervising her employees, (no one was really watching the kids).
Even though the kid center director tried to reassure me everything is all dandy. I never went back and did not sign a membership here. My kids are my priority and this Warrenville location completely lacks care in the children here. The actions or lack of...speak for themselves, being on a tour and seeing how their lazy employees acted, lack of video cameras...one can only imagine how the employees must act when no one is watching or around.
Along with many negative reviews on the internet for this location, if I ever go to this place I'll wait till my toddlers can can fully talk to tell me how they are being treated before I ever sign a gym contract here.
For the price Life Time Fitness (LTF) in Warrenville charges its members, the facilities, equipment and rules badly need work. Specifically, LTF has anti-family rules and hours for family activities, and its facilities are hopelessly stuck in the 90's. For just a few examples: (1) LTF does not enforce its Family Locker Room rule, allowing creepy men without children to have access to, and linger in, the Family Locker Room; (2) families are regularly kicked out of the pool because it is Adults Only swim time before 10am (an arbitrary time to begin Family Swim), even if the pool is completely empty; and (3) the facilities and equipment are rarely updated - the attached picture shows a screw from the lockers on the floor in the Family Locker Room, practically begging for an accident to happen. LTF can, and should, do better.
The basketball hoop has been broken for weeks. You would think with everyone paying at least $80 a month for memebership fees they would be able to afford simple maintenance.
One of the new personal trainers, John Orr, is by far the worst employee to ever hold a position at this facility. He has on numerous occasions used vulgar and offensive language when confronting members on the workout floor. He has even gone as far as to physically threaten people (myself included), all of which was caught on camera. Yet, despite numerous complaints to corporate and management, this pathetic excuse of a human being continues to be employed. I guess one should set their expectations lower given the track record of personal trainers that they have employed in the past. There have been numerous accounts of employee theft, inappropriate client-trainer relationships, and comments deemed to be sexually demeaning made towards women who attended the facility. Save yourself the trouble and find a gym that puts customer service over draining your wallet.
I am looking for a club to join. A couple of weeks ago, I was emailing back and forth with someone from the club getting pricing. I told her I would think about it and contact her if I was interested. I have been receiving phone calls every day since. Now I most definitely will not join this club because of the annoying calls. Their sales team needs to be trained. I have a feeling they lose a lot of new customers this way.
Should have listened to other reviews. My girlfriend and I are visiting for the week and we were looking to climb. Called ahead and we were told it would be free for our first time. We took an Uber there and upon arrival we were told that was incorrect and it would be 25 dollars for the each of us. On top of that when the front desk staff asked who we spoke with and I apologized for not remembering, the woman was visibly frustrated with me and wouldn't let it go. Complete waste of money and very disappointing.
Honest review. Lifetime employees will hate me and you most likely will thank me. Nice gym, obnoxious amount of people. Even more obnoxious pricing. If you are thinking of joining, know this: to join they will tell you a sign up fee. It can cost over $200. If you tell them that's too much or if you're lucky they'll tell you there's a deal for $89. I am an independent trainer and have access to many gyms so they waved that fee completely, although it was still a bit shady. Monthly fees are $60. If you are looking for a trainer.. call me. Because these trainers spit out the same programs over and over regardless of the visable muscles imbalances many clients I noticed had. Of course there are some good trainers (looking past the steroid abused men) but it is not worth the $100 + you'll pay. Personally, me being trained under a former Mr universe and pro sports trainer, I don't charge half of that. Don't be scammed. Unless you are exceedingly lazy and will pay more for less this gym is equivalent to the overpriced whole foods chain.
