Great variety of classes, especially if you are seeking an additional mindfulness or spiritual perspective. Outstandingly nice and friendly staff and attendees. I was disappointed by one class I attended that was much more "woo-woo" than I expected based off the class description, but others in this class seemed to enjoy themselves.... more

I practiced and worked here for over 3 years. After all the scandals, repeatedly demonstrated inappropriate behaviors by the owner, unethical business practices and misrepresented reporting of contractor wages, I honestly recommend not participating in this studio in anyway.... more

This studio recently expanded its offering to include classes not just for pregnant women, is my understanding. The studio is adjacent to a hair salon and the practice space I was in was very dark - not necessarily a bad thing if you are looking for a bit more introspective or moody practice.... more
