Great variety of classes, especially if you are seeking an additional mindfulness or spiritual perspective. Outstandingly nice and friendly staff and attendees. I was disappointed by one class I attended that was much more "woo-woo" than I expected based off the class description, but others in this class seemed to enjoy themselves.... more

I practiced and worked here for over 3 years. After all the scandals, repeatedly demonstrated inappropriate behaviors by the owner, unethical business practices and misrepresented reporting of contractor wages, I honestly recommend not participating in this studio in anyway.... more
Definitely worth the investment for your emotional and physical wellbeing. I've also lost 15lb since I've started!. 105f is a very special place. There is a wonderful sense of community within each studio.... more
