Lisa is Amazing! I booked a private yoga session to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was a great time! She was extremely professional, detailed, provided the mats and asked if I would like any particular music played during the class and she played my provided playlist.... more
not to crowded but just fine for me and my sister. nice and clean. Great studio.. never too crowded, Maureen is the best teacher, good prices . It's a challenging class but it's doable and you never feel like you're competing with others in the class.... more

perfect balance of flow, body work, and meditation to make for a great hour. Instruction is great and the feeling of the room is very Zen. A personal favorite.. One of the best classes I have ever attended! Maureen is in tune and lead the room beautifully! I highly recommend Awaken Yoga.... more
