Not enough classes, also sign in required for classes. If you show up without sign in, instructor is calling your name for showing up without sign in. Few times, instructor refused to teach the class because less than 3 people showed up.... more

Per usual I love the trainers, the non-repetative classes, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the integration of challenges and opportunities to do 90 min classes and benchmarks. My absolute favorite trainers are Taylor & Kelly at the Roscoe Village , Chicago location because thier playlists are THE BEST and Coach Kelly not only guides you but she educates you and cheers you on literally.... more

Just amazing!!!!.I was able to get great relief from this same therapist for anxiety and panic attacks. Shabad Kaur was open to the use of medication as well as some CBT and yoga. In short, she was very practical in her approach to getting me to understand and work with my anxiety.... more
