I've gone to both the GoRow and the GoCycle classes here and enjoy them both. GoRow is in the basement so just know it isn't going to be an airy sort of space. I've really enjoyed the combo row & strength, more so than the cycle & strength.... more
If you're looking for a flashy gym with a yoga studio, spin classes, swimming pool, etc - sorry but you aren't going to find that here. You know what else you're NOT going to find? Pushy sales people trying to exploit your friends, random "maintenance fees" and other unexpected fees, "bros" and other obnoxious people, and overcrowding and inability to use the equipment you need during the hours you ACTUALLY want to work out .... more

I've been to other Barre classes and this was pretty lack luster. I felt like I was in an 80s pilates class to be frank. Facility is good - although kinda tucked away - almost couldn't find it! They have lockers which is nice, but not a great changing area.... more
FREE workouts daily for all skill levels and workouts types. The trainers are selected by Nike and very knowledgeable. You have to sign up beforehand and space is extremely limited.... more
This studio is outstanding! The instructors do such a great job guiding yogis through their practice. They continue to switch things up each time as well. Plenty of merchandise options as well! The team started incorporating some fun and different classes each month which has been a nice change !.... more

High quality yoga for an affordable price! All instructors have been super professional and show expertise in the field of yoga! The class goes by super fast and I leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and all sorts of zen afterward! It is a smaller studio but I like the quaintness of it! :).... more

Seems to be a nice place but not for coffee. Flavorless, weak even with an extra espresso. Cheap leaking lids, paper sleeves that paints your hand when the cup is hot. Sorry guys, complete unsat.... more
