Here's the truth - I hated yoga until Core Power. I realized that yoga can make me feel better inside and out. With the right class and instructor, I get a good workout while giving my body a break from the high-impact workouts I usually do. The atmosphere is calming, the instructors are passionate, and the results are undeniable. I also really appreciate how the staff has worked with me to find a class package I can afford. I'm hoping to make the C2 class a part of my weekend routine - I think the time to stretch and unwind is exactly what I need in 2018!
