Did my first class yesterday with London. As a midlevel fitness person and yoga beginner, she made this class very comforting, welcoming, but most importantly a great workout and sweat!!! ***drink water before*** London prepared me well ahead of the class and checked in after.... more
the location is convenient for me, the facility is always clean, and everyone is friendly. i had never taken workout classes before corepower so i was a bit intimidated to start, but the atmosphere at the river north studio made it super fun, easy, and relaxing.... more

Friendly staff and great class schedule- easy to find a class that fits into your day. I attend using class pass and never have an issue signing up same day. I have only been to Martha's Hot Power Fusion class at this location but can not say enough positive things about my experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful but Martha really created a relaxing and informative experience.... more
This studio is outstanding! The instructors do such a great job guiding yogis through their practice. They continue to switch things up each time as well. Plenty of merchandise options as well! The team started incorporating some fun and different classes each month which has been a nice change !.... more
