Six short weeks ago I decided to try a 6 week challenge at Victory Training. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was impressed by the training staff, the daily workouts, and the workout space itself. At the end of the 6 weeks I lost 33 lbs and 12.3% body fat!!
The way it is set up provides everyone their individual station where everything they need for the workout is there. You don't have to wait for a machine, weights, etc. You don't have to walk around looking for equipment. You don't have to worry about showing up and all the squat racks or your dumbbell weight being taken. I believe this helped the workouts do more because there was very little unneeded rest.
The workouts can be done by anyone and the training staff was always ready to adapt a movement, check your form, and let you know how to make the most of out each workout. Victor, Pat, and James were the trainers I worked with the most and each of them were very attentive during the workouts.
They have a bathroom and shower so if you need to go to work or anything after your workout you can clean up and go.
