Challenging and fun! I did the yoga sculpt class with Mason. Really enjoyed fusion of yoga, weights and cardio. Very high energy and all over workout. This place also has a good selection of yoga wear to buy.

Great place to explore hot yoga. They offer a variety of yoga classes for beginners to experts, of course all heated. The teachers are very encouraging and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and showers with high quality toiletries are available, but they can go quick at busy times. At this location, it is easy to park in the neighborhood or in the spots in front of the location.
