I took a beginners class here to be introduced to yoga in a proper way. I found the experience very rewarding and the instruction to be very helpful. Tonya taught my class and I really thought she was great at explaining to us that you only go as far as you can and not to push yourself too far too fast! I highly recommend taking a class here! We came with 12 boy scouts for the Climbing merit badge class. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They did an excellent job teaching our scouts about climbing, belaying, and how to be safe so everyone has fun.... more
