Equipment is a little older but they have everything. There Is a new owner and he is putting in new items and really getting the location up to speed.

Great spot! The gym is clean and has all the equipment you need no matter your fitness level.

I had met with Chad (the manager) a month in advance to preview the gym. It's a smaller strip mall gym and I found the gym to be compact but with enough equipment for what I needed.
A few weeks later I called ahead and told Chad that I would be there between 1:30 and 2 PM to start a membership. I arrived at 1:40 and Chad was on the phone in his office. No problem. Being polite, I waited outside his office where Chad could see me standing there through the large glass window.
After 5 minutes, another man walked past me into the office and sat down. Chad hung up the phone and started a conversation with the gentleman. They obviously knew each other.
After another ten minutes the phone rang again. Chad answered it and talked to the person on the phone, hung up and continued his conversation with the man in front of him. I waited again for five more minutes.
After 20 minutes of standing in a window where Chad could clearly see me, with no acknowledgement, or even a "I'll be right with you", I left the gym.
I don't expect much, but a small measure of customer service or a base acknowledgement would have at least let me know my time was valued. I will take my money elsewhere.

BAD management they wont honor the coupons they mail out!! BEWARE!! Go to Anytime Fitness in Caldwell!
