Practicing yoga has become my personal 'happy place' and the Yoga 430 studio is the best place to feed my habit. I love the variety of instructors; the insight and knowledge I gain from each of them always seems to be exactly what I need at the moment. Thank you for providing a beautiful space, both physically and spiritually.

I have just recently started up again with yoga and am so pleased with my experience at Yoga430. The instructors are very in tuned with the students levels and needs, Each class has been challenging and calming at the same time. I highly recommend for people of all ages and stages of experience.

I love it when I can attend Teresa's classes! She is very helpful and extremely welcoming! I brought my boyfriend who suffers from scoliosis to one of her classes, and she was able to give him modifications that worked for him and still made him feel included with the rest of the class.
I recently attended a yoga class in Belize, and while the atmosphere was amazing, the class was lacking the exceptional instruction that is unique to the staff of Yoga430.
I recommend this studio to anyone and everyone!

I have been attending this studio over 2 years now and it was the best decision that I have ever made. The instructors and classmates - no matter what level - are absolutely wonderful, caring, friendly, beautiful people and I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Love, LOVE this studio!!

This studio has beautiful, peaceful energy and I always leave class feeling restored. The schedule offers a good mix of classes for every level, and they also host a variety of special workshops.

I'm excited to see the studio expand with new ownership and the addition of classes for children, meditation and mindfulness. The yoga community at yoga 430 is warm, supportive, accepting, and loving. If you are new to yoga the teachers and studio design are committed to making you feel welcomed and successful. Namaste
