This gym is AWESOME! The set up is cool and allows for a variation of workouts; its quiet, clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. I will be returning!. I got to spend my offseason here training at Element! The gym has such a good vibe and it is also so clean!! If you get the chance to go there I highly recommend Coach Ariel!! She will help you get faster and STRONGER!!... more

Great place to take the kids so the can let all that energy out, they also have areas for birthdays.. Had a great time. Employees were good and need to go on Monday's for the reading time.... more
