Great place to take the kids so the can let all that energy out, they also have areas for birthdays.
Had a great time. Employees were good and need to go on Monday's for the reading time. My son had a blast.
For three 8 year olds, 2 pairs of socks and one hour of play, the cost was $45.00. Feels expensive for an hour of fun. And I'm annoyed that no outside food or drink is allowed even though they have tables to eat at while the kids play. Besides the cost and no food rule though, the trampolines are awesome and our kids love to come here. I will give 4 if they lower the price and 5 when they allow outside food and drink.
This is a great place to take my kids. I love all of the big leather couches placed everywhere so that I can relax and get work done while my kids burn energy. I love the fact that you can use any brand jump socks which saves $$$. I found the manager very helpful and the facility very clean.

Love the staff and fun things to do!
Great place for fun! We went at 8am on Monday for the little kids time and the boys had a blast. We were the only people in there for almost 90 minutes and had the run of the place, it was great!
Good place. Lots of choices. Beer on tap for the adults. Lots of fun for the kids.
We took our niece and nephew who were visiting from another state. They are 6 and 3 years old. Not only was the staff AMAZING but they were super accommodating. Especially Michael. He checked on us often. As for safety concerns I can't understand where these bad reviews are coming from. If you don't go with your child to teach them how to use each section then of course accidents will happen. I think too many people want others to teach their children for them. Get involved and have some fun right along side your child. Trust me you will have a blast!
I second the safety concerns with untrained staff. I can't see this place lasting very long in the community at this rate.
There are plenty of other good choices in the area to spend your hard earned money on instead of Jump Time. Try Urban Air - they are friendly, affordable, and more kids who are kind frequent it unlike Jump Time.
The owner is rude and lacks care for his surrounding neighbors by blinding them with bright LED lights through the windows. When asked to cease the lights shining into my home, he told me that he isn't interested in fixing the issue by spending any money on it. It is sad that someone doesn't want to be a good neighbor in an old neighborhood. How would you like it if someone shined a spotlight into your home at night and wouldn't turn it off when asked politely? If you wouldn't, then you wouldn't like going to Jump Time either.
I recommend avoiding at all costs - unless you want to promote that kind of behavior...

Had a birthday party here and it was ok. You aren't allowed to bring in your own food so we had to order their pizza. Yuck! The pizza was undercooked and the manager apologized. He comped us with a free jump pass..... get home and see it's expired lol. We were disappointed.
That lil kat bish was such a brat.acted like she didnt wanna be there and overall ruined my mood/experience. she had no respect as soon as I walked in. I'm strongly disappointed.
Staff needs more courtesy and a bit pricey. Really liked the trampolines though.
The worst experience I have ever had on a fun night out with my nephew. Way over priced for the crappy equipment and activities they offer. The darts would not even work in the already broken guns. Then the few extra things that actually looked fun you had to pay extra for. Really? What was the 20 plus dollars you just spent. I guess to just walk in the doors and watch the teenage staff chat!!! All the while kids of all ages running around crazy with no supervision or concern for safety. Good thing they have you sign a waiver or they would be closing there doors sooner not later. While we were there a young girl broke her leg and the paramedics had to come and take her to the hospital. Also while playing dodgeball kids were constantly getting into arguments and fights over the rules and of course no staff around to see that things didn't get out of control. Good thing I care enough about my nephew and stayed close to him when another kid was trying hard to pick a fight with him. Who is the owner??? Please train your staff to do there jobs so that other children will be able to enjoy there time there!!! As for me and my nephew we will never be back. And everyone I know will be told just how crappy of a so called fun place this is!!! I didn't even want to give this a one star but that is the lowest that the choice would go!!!

For a Tuesday night our family of 4 expected it to be a bit slower than the weekend. What we didn't expect was the staff to act like we were inconveniencing their solitare play and teenage social hour. Very frustrating to see the staff just sitting around doing nothing and telling us they couldn't open a specific attraction bc of low staff. Ok let me get this straight. There is enough staff to ensure one gets to play solitare on a lap top while several others sit around and chat but not enough to actually do their job... not ok to charge full price and provide terrible service. Not going to go back to the new meridian location unless they either train the team members to take care of guests or hire people that will. What a waste of hard earned money.

In general, I hated this place. The one in Meridian you guys closed is way better. I hated the quality of the darts in dart time, and the lack of balls in Extreme DodgeBall. When I first saw this place, I was amazed how big it was. When I first got into doing stuff. I disliked it. I was very disappointed in this place... No other words to help describe this place except, Not better than the other one that was closed... -3:14 PM January 13th, 2018. P.S I recommend to go for only one hour instead.
Went here with some friends the other day, and I can say that this location is a lot better than the old one for sure!! Really like the ninja course, as well as the launch trampolines into the pillow. The open jump area is very big and pretty fun. I just wish it had more super trampolines, not just one. But other than that it's a great place! The prices are reasonable too

the people there are amazing we met the manager and she was nothing but nice to us overall great place
My kids enjoyed the foam pit, trampoline, and monkey bars, but the inflatables were hard for my almost 3yr old to navigate due to them not having steps to climb to the slides (they use hand pulls) and some of the pulls were broken or missing. We spent about 2hrs there so for the $12 and change, it was worth it to me.
Fun place to get some cardio and do tricks into a foam pit. They charge by the hour here but it'd be hard to keep going after an hour. If jumping isn't something you're into, there are many couches and comfortable places to sit and watch.
Kids have fun every time we come here. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We showed up less than an hour before closing with a group of 14 and they stayed open a bit later for us. We'll be back!
Had to leave my 7yo to play alone in the larger area because they wouldn't allow her into the Jr. Area. Made me really uncomfortable. Won't be coming back. We will have to find a place where my kids can play in the same area.
Birthday parties have been seamless if you have the right host, Jessica I believe... is excellent. I've personally requested her twice. My kids love it. Personally, I had some guests offended by other staff at the comments made about beverages, where big kids need to be.. granted its policy there's definitely better ways to say it other than "throw that away" and "your boy is too big to be over here with your daughter" again not to me but guests at my sons party. It is a little spendy and hopefully they figure out something for the cleanliness of the equipment to avoid littles gettin sick. Overall besides the inevitable it's a great place employees may be the biggest complaint then jus making sure things are as clean as possible to avoid health concerns and considering the option for big and little to play (with parent/adult supervision)
